Then old ford factory,

Then went to campsite.
There, we learnt some claps and etc.
Then went to low elements.

Instructor dono come in how many times.

Second day, woke veh early dono for wad shyt.
5am + apparently. -.-
Wash up, etc, went to assemble for morning stretches -.-

Keep asking us to do that buddha clap or whatever.
Hand pain liao -.-
Then breakfast.. Went to do high elements.
I did challenge pole and abseiling.
Th challenge pole sibeh high -.-
But i dont wna be a joker who stand there and complain :x
So i just jump abit, didnt aim for th bar.
When dropping down is sibehhhh scary can -.-

Then dinner, class was on duty.
I served curry ! Quite fun :] LOL
Then finished liao, went to th washing dishes there.
KNN, th instructor asked me to change th water.
